They waste time in the mrng instead of helping the patients,they open @7:30 bt start helping people @8/8:30,sometimes they are short stuffed......they must improve their work ethic,we arrive there bfo six in the mrng only to leave @10

Reception lady they don't even greet you when they help people. You have to greet them and they act as if they don't hear you.

The old receptionist at Pontsong was very rude to me and refused to assist me when I came in a first timer for pregnancy and she rudely dismissed me was not welcoming at all
