Aftersales service non existant. Once the money is in at the front door, the service goes out the back door

Return faulty plug. Very rude. Ask if I know how to connect it to cable. According to employee that is impossible that it doesn't work. Tell me to go back and bring the 30m cable that is already fixed on the wall for him to check... impossible
