She was very professional and she answered all my questions and made feel at ease because it was my first time visiting a Laundy til late. Do not use laundromats much, but was pleased with the service. Did both washing of undergarments on gentle wash and dropped off the bulk of the washing for washing and ironing service.Having SnapScan on site was a big plus, we tend to avoid carrying cash around as much as reasonably possible.Staff were friendly and helpful, hectic time of year for them. Left a tip for them, they deserve it.

Very convenient and the staff is friendly as well. Went there on a Sunday and found it open.

Good day I have been a customer since they opened in Main Rd, Somerset West. Recently they opened for self service at the Somerset West Mall, which I go to now seeing it is much closer to home. I experience some coin problems at this branch, brought it under their operations manager and was given a detailed explanation to why this is happening, and how they are about to solve the inconvenience to their customers. I pleasantly surprise with the very professional manner my concern was dealt with. Their lovely ladies working for them at the two Somerset West individual branches are always very helpful and doing a good job. I am loyal customer for good! (Melany Daniels
