Goodmorning,This is just to appreciate the exceptional help from Sister Kaider from Hanover Park Clinic Day hospital.This lady has helped us medically she knows what she is doing. She has also not just medically helped us but in a friendly way taking a real interest in how the patient is doing and can pick up if the patient is not themselves this is how well she knows the people she works with. She is kind has patience with the patients and builds a really good repor.Sister Kaider really made part of our journey to Hanover Park Day Clinic hospital a pleasant experience. It's because of such workers that express a passion for what they do, that you as a patient trust in the medical service still dispite knowing the many corruption we know in our government, these doctors nurses put our trust back and still give us faith and hope that the service in government still has place for hope.They stand for the oath they took when they got their degrees.Just wanted to say thank you to this sister and the doctor she worked with last time a young lady cant remember her name very pleasant as well and does not have a issue explaining and helping her patients.For these workers I hope our government recognises them and give such workers appreciation that the other workers can also strive to be like them.King regards,Ester

I was there so there was a incided they wouldn't let me were pajamasIs there anything wrong with that noThey had a big attitude we asked why can't you wear PJ's they said they don't know if you washed but I wash everyday and I woke up early I woke up 70clock so I was late for itSo I was late so I just put on my pj's9So very bad experience in going too phone the manager when I said it the one with the glasses and she is African she just event like hehe

I called on Tuesday for my friends termination and she was told to cone today Monday and when she got there the lady there chased her like a dog the lady at the family planning no she's wrong!!

Quick and fast emegency consultation

Security and certain staff can be very rude to the elder people. No compassion. Don't always allow disabled people to use disabled parkings because they reserve it for staff. Don't always assess people or send people to the doctor. At one point I attended the clinic for almost 3 years without getting to see the doctor, only a nurse repeating my script for chronic meds month in and month out.

Verry bad service delivery came in with an emergency and was told everyone is on luch i must wait till lunch time is finish. Total fail
