How is it that you cannot get hold of anyone if you have a question on your acc . For a new loan you get connected very quickly . But if you have a question on an existing acc you get cut off . Does Sanlam have something to hide . Is Sanlam scamming / ripping off customers ? Survive is very tardy !

I had to wait very long to see someone here. Facilities are good. Struggled to get someone that knows what goes on with the actual business. Products are decent but a bit over priced
