Cape Union Mart Whale Coast Mall

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced in any Cape Unlon Mart ever..Ordered ladies hiking boots 2 weeke ago..I was never contacted once although it was promised several times.It's now one day before mother's day and I've been back to them 3 times..Only to discover that the wrong size boots were sent. STAFF very confused about shoe sizes due to a visible lack of training. Seriously dissatisfied and disappointing.you can do better!Really

Following many visits to Cape Union Mart, Whale Coast Mall, I can report that I’m truly satisfied with the merchandise as well as staff assistance. Of lately, the store is much better stocked and even if there is a product that they don’t have, they will go out of their way to source the product in a quick efficient way.Always a pleasure to visit the branch.

Didn't find what I was looking for but very good service.

So I bought a pair of Merrell shoes from CUM and the covering of the toecap on the RHS started to perish/pop . Other shoe still fine so I took it in for repair. Took a while to source the proof of purchase with little feedback for the shop. Revisited shop and finally got hold of Winston who told me I had provided wrong sale slip detail. Found the correct one, took it in and then silence. So back to shop and escalated the lack of response and Area manager promised rapid action, then more silence. Suddenly 2 weeks later, I get an sms informing me that MY purchase of replacement shoes was being delivered. I was very puzzled but a few days later Winston phoned to tell me he had found a new pair and there would be no charge. I went in today and sure enough I got a new pair of Merrell's. Quite a process spanning 1 month but with a HAPPY ending. Bottom Line, will I buy another pair of shoes from CUM ? Yes .
