I am 33 years old and have done this hike over 20 times with my twin brother. It is an all time favorite and will remain that way till we die. It's a pity the fire destroyed the trail and we cannot wait for the trail to be back the way it was.

Perdekop Nature Walk is a moderate hike of 9,5km. Beautiful trees and birdlife. Trails are well marked and sometimes covered in moss or fallen leaves

We did the Perdekop hiking trail which was beautiful. Its about 9km and not too undulating. There is a waterfall and a pool with ferns on the banks around half way which is perfect for a lunch stop. We saw and heard quite a few bird species including quite a few Knysna Turacos, Black-Headed Oriole, Cape Batis and more.

What an amazing hiking experience. Arguably one of my bucket list hikes. The lush green forest canopy’s provide shaded area to walk in for large portions of the hike , the sense of the ocean just beyond the trees, wonderful. A must hike, I know I’ll be back. Thanks Sanparks

Very good hiking park, safe and peaceful not challenging. Just be prepared to hike 9.5 KMS in approximately 3 hours. I enjoyed it...

Lovely 9.5km hike. Beautiful setting and quite an easy trail. It was easy to follow and really so lovely. There is a stunning little waterfall at the half way mark and then the rest of the trail is a bit strenuous but not too hectic and met by a lovely flat road and beautiful greenery again. Thoroughly enjoyed this hike. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. Made great suggestions for the hike as well as some great things to do afterwards.
