Something as simple as a telephone enquiry is impossible for the staff at game Newcastle. I called a total of 4 times , 1st put through to the wrong department, 2nd no answer call cut, 3rd time I was cut off by the switch board without taking my call , in my 4th try my call was taken and instantly transferred to a phone that nobody answered. Very fraustrating.

Today I received really low quality service from a game staff. I brought a xbox game paid for it and went to pick up the dvd game. Then I was referred to lucky khumalo a game employeeto get my dvd game. Then he was talk to another game employee and told me to wait. Then I waited for 20 min before I ask some one to assist me. Mrs nisha James assist me thank you very much to her for calling some one to help. During that time Mr khumalo started to help other customers and just did not come to assist me. I had always received great service from game but today was for me a bad experience.

This is one of my favorites. Everytime I go there I find everything I want where I normally find them. The stuff is very sociable and helpful. The only downside is that when I wanted to buy external hard drive they only had two brands and there were no headphones at all. In the electronic department there are stuffs that are lacking.

Very poor service, pathetic. In store staff are fairly helpful, but if you're planning on loading anything, set aside two hours!The staff at the loading bay are very unfriendly & treat you as if you're in the way. I waited 57 mins to load one washing machine & then had to argue for my own slip!

My mother uses a wheelchair and they just watched on as she scrapped, got stuck and almost tipped her chair trying to move through the pay counter. They just stared at me with dead eyes as I asked them to open their disabled payment counter to cater for disabled customers. They have no pride or respect for their place of work and even less care for customers.

Service is poor have to wait 15 min to get helped and staff not very friendly talking to each other in their language zulu so that you don't understand what is being said about you. Then waited another 15min for a trolley to transport my purchase and the he could not find anyone to help us load and that was another 15min i waited. The correct paperwork was not done when security checked.

Poor service. Floor manager is nonchalant and uninvolved. Staff are friendly but not competent. Rather order online on takealot.
