Your alarm goes off incessantly day and night. It's extremely disruptive to your neighbors that cannot work or sleep because of the constant barrage of noise piercing the neighborhood . Your staff are belligerent and dismissive and even deny when spoken to about this issue. I guess they don't care since they are not being disturbed at night or on their peaceful long weekends like we are being. PLEASE attend to this. It's not rocket science and can EASILY be fixed. FIX IT

I got a cantilever white crown to my front incisor about 40 years ago. Still there. That was when the practice was in Elsburg. I do recall once the dentist had you in the chair all wired up he would start singing. A captive audience.He also gave me a couple of duracast gold crowns to 2 of my pre molars. Also still there. I am so shocked. My daughter was ther in August 2021. Payed cash when we left. Received an account today saying the medical aid didnt pay and that my acc is overdue and need to make a payment. My acc was sent on whatsapp by the way so I left a vn stating I did pay why do they submit to medical aid as well? Now she wants proof of payment. I must search for a cash payment receipt from 6 months ago....really? After searching and sending she states that dr Basson left 2021 December and she needs to update accounts. And medical aid will never pay double. How would the medical aid even know about my cash payment in the first place? Wondering how many drs or dentists get payment and claim from medical aid. And how can they not record my payment? What if I didnt have my proof still? Had to ask for an apology...

I've been visiting Dr. Hasson for about three years now. I simply would not go anywhere else now. Staff are friendly and helpfull at the reception and the assistant dentist also make you feel at ease. You get Tv adverts in waiting room whilst you wait

Your alarm system is driving everyone around your business crazy. It goes off at all hours of the night and we are being deprive of our sleep, while you have a nice rest. Stop being selfish and sort out your disruptive nuisance alrm system for once and for all. And NO it is no CAT juming the fence. It IS a technical problem!!! Your wiring is obviously damaged joints not soldered properly or ants inside your beams. GET THIS SORTED!!Your alarm is false alarming sooo many times that when there is a true emergency your security will be so fed up with false alrms from your premises that they will not take it seriously, and i hope whe the intruders ransack your premises whilst your alarm is hawling.... they steal your siren too!!!

Pathetic service. Have to get my own authorisation from medical aid. Then my appointment gets cancelled because some laboratory is closed the week that I am supposed to return. Going back to Dr VD Berg at medicross boksburg. ..world class...should never have moved
