Decofurn Furniture Boksburg

I bought sets of gold side tables and mirror tray, five days later I decided to exchange them as they didn't give me a look I wanted. Only to be told I will be charged 5% handling fee which I was never made aware of. All I was told is that I have 7 days to exchange. The manager Francois was called to help with my issue, he said he'll call head office. Then later came back to say the same story of 5%. I asked to speak to head office and he lied and said they are not available forgetting that he initially said he spoke to someone. I was not happy with the 5% handling fee simply because it wasn't mentioned to. I was told I should have read the terms and condition. Very poor service.

The store has some lovely pieces...the quality on some items is questionable especially if you assemble it wrong. Getting spares for the item might be very challenging which doesn't make sense for items that you assemble yourself.

They have good items. Worth a visit.

Ordered and pd for bookcase, told the white one, was not in stock and would be available within the next 5days..5 phone calls later and 5 weeks from order. I finally get told ican collect.. Not impressed.

It's a place to go when you know what you want,definitely would have left if they didn't have what I was looking for because their staff weren't helpful at all. The sales people were too judgmental because they helped people who came after me because they were of another race and I could only assume I was pre-judged. I honestly made a purchase because I saw what I liked other than that those sales people didn't deserve my sale. But I'm happy with my purchase, hence the better review

Absolutely disappointed with the level of service that this company offers, I bought my bed from them about a year ago and now the wood slats on the base are giving in and the mattress is sunken in too. I have a back injury and I have made numerous attempts to get a new mattress from them as it is under warranty for 7 years just the mattress but no one is bothered to get in touch with me and let me know on the progress of my enquiry I was speaking to a Monique who said she escalated the issue and Leatitia would get in touch it’s been over three weeks with no response whatsoever. Just disgusting how your customers are not taken into consideration.I spoke to Francois the manager of the Boksburg branch about a week or two ago and to date not a single response has been given. What’s frustrating me most is that I have a back injury and decofurn is not keeping up to their end of the deal. So far I’ve waiting for any form of feedback for a little over a month

I loved popping in here. Their shop is big with lots of reasonable beautiful furniture especially for those who are refurbishing or moving into their own places.Their service is excellent. I did my shopping online and only went in there to collect. I was in a hurry to take pics but grabbed one or two.

First time buyer. Was looking for office chairs. The floor staff wasn't necessarily clued up in any questions I had. But was friendly as far as service. I asked another floor staff member the same question about the office chair which he also didn't seem to know. About adjusting the lean of the chair.I purchased the chair and after payment was made at the counter, I was told to drive around to the side of the building to collect my package. There was a bunch of staff at the collection entrance.One staff member went to collect the box, another staff member processed my documentation, and stamped it. Another staff member scanned the document upon leaving. And another staff member sat there, perhaps supervising the operation.Was a strange process, so many staff to do one operation. That said, service was adequate, the chair is suitable for my office, and the process went off seemlesly.The store is large and perfect for office furniture. There were also couches and office desks to view.

Very large furniture shop. Wide range of furniture for all rooms in your home. Their prices is great in comparison. They also keep quite an intensive bed range.
