We took our Fiesta for an oil leak. Tristan informed us the shocks needs replacement. He is very thorough and did an excellent job. Their prices are very reasonable.

The worst service I have ever experienced since I've been taking my car there. I brought my car in so they could confirm what work needed to be done as I had brought it in before and they didn't do everything I asked them to do. So this so called new manager Triston whom I believe is not fit for management, firstly promised he would work on my vehicle himself, 2ndly that I would not pay inspection fee, 3rdly I would get my vehicle same day as it's our main means of transportation.Then boom! Not only did he start getting rude but they didn't keep in contact with me, I'm the one who did all the follow up to find that no work had been done on the vehicle by 3pm and he wouldn't release my vehicle because oh now I have to pay inspection fee wow! They didn't call my mechanical warranty and maintenance plan which covers the work to be done. Not only did Triston deal in bad faith but he also lied to me a couple of times. The receptionist was more of a manager than he was.My wife offered to leave her license and ID but guess what Mr do called manager just wanted the money. Short story long, we got our car after we brought it back to car care clinic the 2nd time only two things were done we got rained while they lied. Take your car to this incompetent manager at your own risk. I guess he was upset that he won't be getting the money for a ridiculous quote of R26400 for suspension

Received good service.My car was serviced to expectation, they picked up problems that the dealership service center either ignored or never pocked up.Well done to Jacko and his team.

Excellent service on a major job on my 2017 Chev Aveo.I did have a problem after 1 month but no problem for Car Clinic.Car Clinic omitted to tellme that I should bring the car back after 1000kms.I took the Car back and Car Clinic rectified the problem.The rework/repairs were expected to take a day but actually took 3 days.Not a problem as they were actively working on the car to ensure that I would not have any issues with my car.So far so good. I will be taking car back for the 1000km checkup.Thank You to the Manager, Admin Manager and the Mechanic who worked on the car.

I have a 9 yr old Nissa Xtrail with 240 000km and have always had it serviced on time at a Nissan dealership.Until 2 years ago when we moved offices and had 2 of our trucks serviced by them and they have never run better at half of what a dealership will have charged. After my first service my Nissan's fuel consumption improved by 33% and has maintained that level for the last 18 months. The receptionist is great and on the ball and everyone is friendly and explain what needs to be done professionally. I will never service my car anywhere else. Never got this from Nissan!

Excellent service and great customer care. Thanks to the management team who help fix a brake problem on a short notice and even allowed me make payment the next day. I’ve taken a second bakkie to the workshop and workmanship and customer support is very good. Will definitely recommend them to look after your vehicles.

Every time I go, there is more stuff broken that needs repair...The guy also just took my car out without waring a mask, in the middle of lock down L4 (This in two months...)

worse service ever. I dropped my car for a service at 7:30am and at 4pm they were still not done with my car. And with no communication as i kept on following with them. I only got my car back at 6pmMy service book was not signed and the service light on my car still is on.Never ever going back there shame :(

Excellent service my car breaks stop squeaking very professional and friendly staff they went out of they way to help me and fix my car issues definitely my 1 stop car service place. Thank you guys keep up the great work. And the best part is they are 100% legit no dodgy business.

Alastair and his team were amazing. They helped me with my small brake light issue (Bulbs) fee was tiny and my car is perfect.
