Keys for Africa
We had an issue with a transponder key. I spoke to Evan (sp?) on the phone and then asked one of our staff to take the key for reprogramming. Our staff member returned with the same transponder having been fixed and at no charge.What I appreciate is the honesty involved. Apparently the repair was a fairly simple one and took only a few minutes to fix. However instead of charging for a new key, which they could easily have done, they fixed it and said come back if it still gives you a problem".Wherever possible I will be referring all our company work to them from now on."
