My sister and I decided to have a 'girls morning'. Our therapist, Natassja, was friendly and professional. She made us feel welcome and relaxed.And 3 weeks later my pedi is still rocking! I will definitely be returning

I bought a voucher through Hyperli, and left 5 messages to try and make an appointment and never got a call back. The voucher has now expired.

Surika has done beautiful lash extensions for me - twice now already. She takes pride in what she does and my lashes have lasted so long too! Only thing I would encourage the salon do is just keep an eye on time to ensure starting appointments on time. Other than that, lovely services, clean space and friendly staff!

Firstly the service delivered was below amateur. I am not sure if the lady does not know how to do lash extensions or if I was her first experiment. I am so disappointed, my lashes started falling out the same day she did them and when I told her about it she dismissed me saying she has other clients to attend to. Really bad service and experience. And 1 week later I was only left with 1 lash.

I bought a voucher on daddy’s deals which I booked an appointment for Wednesday 28 December. 2 hours before my slot I am told the therapist is off sick and need to reschedule for Friday, 30 December. I haven’t confirmed a time slot for Friday and my messages and calls are being ignored. Very terrible customer service.

On a mission to explore the many hidden gems out there, this isn’t really one of it. We purchased an online deal for a couples massage (I think the use of luxury was misused in the marketing - don’t get me wrong, it’s not a dump at all). From start to finish, there was no client centric communication. Booking process was impersonal and a little unprofessional. Arriving at the “spa”, one needs to be aware that there is only unmarked street parking available (not the end of the world but worth the mention). The place is neat and clean but lacks ambience. Apart from a “hello”, there was no other discussion (no forms concerning health issues/ enquiring about heart, BP, pregnancy, etc.) regarding the services we were expecting (areas of concern/ that the therapist should concentrate more on). According to the voucher, we should have had one of three massages on offer but was not asked which we would prefer - that was not at all surprising as the “therapists” did not even greet professionally or introduce themselves. The “full body” massage probably doesn’t include a foot massage but the “stoke of oil” over the toes could have been altogether non-existent. We were not asked if the pressure is ok or if we are ok. I would like to suggest that this business offer training to the therapists and also to create an environment that’s more inviting and warm (literally on a cold day especially - we saw the rolled plugs for the electric blankets but we were not afforded that “luxury”) . I sincerely hope these therapists are qualified, as incorrectly being massaged can be a dangerous. I hope there’s a standard in the beauty industry that protects the well-being of the patrons. I would hate to think that someone with a heart condition is massaged incorrectly. Dear future client: please take your own water. After every massage one should hydrate. The therapists at this place won’t even say goodbye, so you might not know that it’s important to hydrate especially after a massage. Not the worst massage but definitely not good.
