Yesterday I purchased two Security Force 12v 1.2Ah lead acid batteries. This was apparently new stock that came in. The price for one battery was a shocking R236. The same battery is listed at most places less than half the price, or even cheaper for other brands. At the till I was even charged R299, and after I suggested a problem, it appears different batches exist in the same shelve with different prices.

This has to be the most painful place to conduct business! Queue to get your purchase rung up, then because the owner doesn't trust his staff, queue again to pay. Then because the owner doesn't trust his customers, unpack your bag again to exit so security can check each item against to slips, sign your slip and a security register, then only can you exit!Absolutely ludicrous.

Bought a rechargeble light which I returned in less than 3 months, it was faulty. The acceptance of thereturn is 20 July 2022. After following up in three months, they claimed it was lost in the system". After 5 months

I needed 1x 2 prong plug. Great service by staff on floor but then after 15 minutes in a queue just to pay for 1 item was to long. Had to leave to be back at the office in time. Will buy somewhere else.

Worst shopping experience ever. Don’t think you can choose and pay. After eventually finding the right item you first have to stand in a long queue to get a slip. Then off to the cashiers. And that is only the start of the w-a-i-t. The next queue is at the door. The single security guard has to check every item individually against the slip and then stamp the slip. Not the end - the customer also has to sign the slip. And then sign a further document before being allowed to leave. And that was the guy three ahead of me with a basket full of small items.Don’t expect return business!!
