After calling 11 times, I get to talk to customer service that put my on line with a sales rep. to get voicemail on the line. Tellephone service at afrox pe is bad bad bad.

This branch doesn't answer phones, don't reply to messages, and can never get through to anyone in branch or sales management. I have been trying to get through to them to place an order for 3 weeks now! This service is beyond shocking zero star rating

We have experienced DIABOLICAL customer service to uplift and credit a faulty helium cylinder from our party store. This has been ongoing since October 2018. After numerous emails and phonecalls to the PE branch (listening to call centre voice" and the phone call being cut off - more than once) AS WELL
