MTN Store - Ballito Lifestyle Centre

They don't answer their phones because they most likely broken like the ones they sell...or they have mtn contracts

Shocking service. They never answer the phone either. Have had to come back 3 times due to a data issue which they can't seem to resolve.Rather use another branch of MTN.

This is the worst MTN store ever, I recently did my upgrade at this store and dealt with Trusha, the service I received from Trusha was terrible ! I sent the necessary documents before the previous contract expired, after a few weeks of following up with Trusha to confirm if the new contract was now in place and numerous messages and emails to Trusha and I was just ignored ! I was then told by Trusha that the one document needed to be changed in order for the contract to be upgraded . I was then debited R 3400 instead of R 700 by MTN for one month because the contact took too long to be upgraded by the store . MTN now refuse to assist with the refund. Go somewhere else to avoid been frustrated and ignored !!

Call all you want. My advise is that its easier and quicker to get into your car and drive to Lifestyle Centre MTN, stand in the queue for an hour, just to ask if your cell phone is ready.The worst service I have ever encountered from a company.Is there anyway MTN Head Office can sort this out????

Submitted all of my information and details for my upgrade I received the mobile but never received my 30Gb free data. I have been paying for additional data because this branch has yet to upload my contract details to MTN headquarters. It has been 1 month now... To add to this this branch never answers their phone line disgusting!

Rudest staff ever, i suggest customer service training!

Fantastic Service, friendly efficient staff, always willing to make a plan. Following all Covid protocols, all the staff willing to help and very polite. Very satisfied always better to go to the store.

I am truly disappointed with the service I received.I recently took out a contract with you guys and the amount that was processed was incorrect for the debit order. After me coming to the store and complaining you guys took my number didnt bother to call me back.Its been a week and half. Once again debit has gone of incorrect amount.I was assured i would get a refund, did not advise exactly when. But when yourll didnt have all documentation for the contract your did not hesitate to call me then. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is the worst MTN store I’ve walk into. Unskilled and technologically challenged. I’ve been here 3 times for different reasons with no help. They either never heard of something or the system is offline. Twice was same lady I’m not sure of the name but she was a black woman.This review is aimed at MTN Ballito Junction

Mtn sold us router on 24 month contact. Router packed up after 20 months. Now waiting 2 months for new router. They dont respond to emails and their phone just rings. Absolutely unacceptable service. I will not renew with MTN any contract again. The staff do not care.Update 14 Dec 2022.Still no feedback or even a call from MTN Lifestyle Ballito. Never got my router back after giving it to be repaired under contract. Have cancelled the contract and will never use this MTN store again. Please be aware when getting a new contract here that there is no after sales service, you better hope nothing goes wrong with your device.....
