I bought a Hansa Nice garage door motor a year ago. Now the carriage has broken and Hansa doesn't import the spares? What a joke! No Hansa products ever again thank you

I contacted ET Nice and sent through a mail requesting assistance regarding synching a new remote purchased with my gate motor, I received a call on Tuesday Morning early from Sherman , Sherman guided me through the process of synching he was professional and well skilled to handle the synching over the phone . I am impressed with the service and professionalism , sent the mail on Monday

Some people swear by ET NICE. I swear at them. There products are of low quality and there service is appalling and overpriced for what they are. I have never been into there facilities and been satisfied with anything they have ever done.The first day they could not help me through incompetence and a lack of understanding that I’m a client. Today I went back to be told that they don’t have spares for a product that is made by them. Absolutely disgusting service.

I took my very old gate motor pc board to have repaired at the Meadowdale branch,a very helpful and knowledgable gent named Felise assisted me,he battled to get the board working but never gave up and was determined to fix it,and yes he fixed it and best of all did it all while i waited.This guys is a great asset to the company.Well done,thats what you call service

Spend 1 hour and called 5 times just to be cut off wanted to speak to a technical person for support ( Hansa Gate motors). No response. I am now going to replace the whole System with a more responsive and reliable supplier.

Needed a motor repair or replacement, phoned ahead of visiting. When i got there the repair section was pointed out, i eventually engaged with the guy i spoke to on the phone, after going to get his attention. What an overall painful experience dealing with ET Systems !!! i even said on two occasions to him, “i’m trying to buy something, pls help me”. He just gave reasons not to buy ??? He was a poor company representative, or this is a family business ! Now i’m buying a Centurion motor as a replacement. In these trying times, i’m most surprised at the reluctance to do a Sale ! MJ
