We took the car for service and it did not have a oil leak, a week later the car has a oil leaks. We took it back and they failed to give a Caprice and it's not like they have never done such a job. They then say it's a crank shaft leak. 6 days later they come and say the part was 500 and labour is 1600. They should have told us the price for labour before they put the part. This is not how you do business. In really not satisfied with their service

The receptionist has zero clue of what is happening. Booked a service and was told to bring the car between 7 and 8 am but the place only opens at 8. Shows that they have no regard for the working class, you just have to be late to work. Pathetic

I had a car breakdown on the 19th December I was instructed by insurer to take it to RMI workshop and Bosch is one of them. Early January after they opened they submitted required documents and qoute to the insurance but insurance refused to pay for the part that was broken. They told me that the car had a ignition lock problem . I decided to pay for my car. Few days later I got a call from Bosch telling me that the car has another problem, the angled sensor was broke, the lights, wipers and the hooter is not working. I was shocked because my car never had any of those problems before it came to them. The gentleman then started being defensive and accused the AA tow driver of damaging my car. What supprised me even more is how did he know who broke the sensor. He kept on changing stories initially he said he put in the car for diagnostic , so who did he not see all other problems with the car? then later he said he used experience to detect the damage.He told me to come fetch my car and see to finish because his job was done. And I paid them R7500 for ignition sensor and still walk out with the car that has no functional lights, wipers and hooters. It was so painful I'm disappointed and appauled at their service.
