My journey with Bernadine started with her as my lactation consultant. I was quite stressed and thought that a lactation consultant might add more stress to an already difficult situation - but the moment she entered my home she made me feel calm and collected as a new mom. She is great with adults and babies, and she has a very good understanding of the variety of struggles that breastfeeding moms face. My baby is now 10 months old and I’m still breastfeeding, and love every moment of it! I have no doubt in my mind that I would have quit was it not for Bernadine. She was extremely communicative before, during and after my appointment and offered so much incredible follow up information and many recommendations.Bernadine is now my dietician, and I’m very happy with my progress. I will stick with her long after I’ve reached my target weight, just because she’s such an incredible person to be around!I would highly recommend her, you can’t go wrong!
