Firstly, super friendly staff that make you feel at home. The food came out quick and was delicious. The mall was still under construction but it gave that industrial feeling... my family loved it too.

The food was Amazing! Generous portions, tasty food. They make the best skinny chips (fries). Decadent milkshakes, yummy burgers. Chicken strips crunchy and delicious. Food was served promptly and it was fresh and hot. Service was good.

Best Rocos experience in Durban by far. Food is always great here. Management and staff maintain a higher standard compared to other branches in and around Durban.

Quite the splendor. Service started off a bit rocky, our waiter didn't seem like he wanted to be there. But overall great service and food. Always great being served amazing vegetarian food. A bonus was getting a complimentary parking ticket on our way out. Lovely touch.

Firstly it was a customer service it was 100% I like to recommend Nkosi at Ballito Rocomamas for his service he was upseling saving us with a big smile he has a vipe he was keeps on checking us he makes sure that we happy with our food it came on time nd it was representative everything was perfect

Husband loves the burgers tries a different version everytime. I prefer the chicken strips plenty on the plate and always soft and juicy. Tons of chips, our favorites are with the cheese topping. Yum!

Small things can ruin an experience. The food was great. The staff absolutely disgusting. Firstly the restaurant was way overstaffed and chatting and joking around making noise as if it is the local bar. Then a specific waitress named Mandy, whose voice I never even heard, she walks to the table, drops off the menu, comes back later, takes the menus, doesnt greet, doesnt confirm what we order, didnt even look at us. Brings the food and gone. Then I pay and the wait for my change began, this woman, made us wait long enough for me to decide to time how long it would take, I got to 10 minutes and this was probably after a 20 minute wait so 30 minutes to get change in a restaurant with our table and literally one other table and 7 other wait staff, no excuses. Eventually I get impatient. I walk to the till to ask her for my change, she doesnt even look at me, doesnt even acknowledge us standing there. She walks away and tells one of her friends to get the change. Serious attitude problem and to be honest probably costing your business lots of money. I'd remove her and all the other bad apples. People are looking for jobs, get people who appreciate how to even be a good person, ie know how to greet and be kind. Not scraps that think they are queens and customers wait for them as long as it takes.

The burger was amazing, but the chips smelled burnt and the ribs were terrible and overcooked. Our waiter was super friendly.Restaurant is cleanOh and my milkshake was very nice

We only went here to enjoy their milkshakes. The weather in Durban has been extremely hot, however the ice cream wasn't cold enough so the milkshakes weren't cold and thick enough. I usually love the peanutbutter milkshakes but this wasn't the best I've had at rocomamas.
