Joining FitnessAlive netball, was the best decision we made for our girls. They love to go practice and participate in all the netball games. Ria is an amazing coach!! Loved by all her netball players.

Joined the FitnessAlive club in January 2022, came KHS June- midyear sports award and my daughter was Awarded u15 most improved player... I you want fitness and netball skills training, come join the club.

Dee joined FitnessAlive when she was only 9, playing u10 KZN in 2016 and Ria was their coach. Loved the way she coached the young ones and we asked her if she does private training. We havnt looked back.Since then. FitnessAlive has grown and yearly takes part in the Indoor league at Durban North indoor, and this year 2022 has 2 sides now at Ethekwini Netball League. Forward and upward they go.

Coach Ria has helped me accomplish things I never thought I would. Starting off in 2018 as grade 3 not knowing how to catch a ball! Now being in 2022 I have come a long way ! Making kzn indoor under 12 & 13 A ! Also accomplishing kzn outdoor under 12 as vice captain and under 13 SHARKS as CAPTAIN!I can only thank coach Ria for her hard work. And my sister is slowly but surely following into my footstepsTHANK YOU COACH RIA!- MiChElLe

FitnessAlive has been a wonderful confidence builder for our 8 year old daughter. Ria is an incredibly skilled coach who takes time to teach the girls and fine tune their skills. The girls are encouraged to support each other and help each other learn...no matter what age they are. FitnessAlive is a wonderful environment for the girls to learn about team spirit and fellowship.
