Rust showing on 3 of our beams that is not getting as much weather as the rest. Obviously not hot dipped galvanized as ordered. Paint coming off. Did contact for respray - said they will come out. No one came out to date.

Overall satisfied with the services of a carport installation. Quite affordable prices that are given for materials and labour. I had to wait for 6-7 months from order date to actually get the installation done. Laddie is attentive and makes sure best quality of material is given. Communication service is quick lacking though. Multiply times, would say one thing but another is done…or no replies.
