Update - After dealing with the unhelpful AI robot, a Printulu agent eventually called us on the morning of the latest delivery date to inform us they were having issues with their lamination machine and would deliver the following day with a delay. They offered no apology or compensation despite paying extra for a speedy delivery.Printulu should have never printed and laminated our order on the shipping day - lamination takes time. Still, they left our job unattended until the delivery day arrived and wanted to print, laminate, pack, and deliver all at once. Also, do they only have one lamination machine? Very unusual for a company that size.We received our order the next day, poorly cut and with colour calibration issues, where solid black blocks appear instead of the correct visuals featuring a pattern. The colour values are correct in our artwork - we always print this type of pattern with different suppliers.This job needed quality control from every angle possible: printing, laminating, cutting, and delivery. Our order never touched a pair of competent or caring hands before it left Printulu’s premises.Sadly, when we asked for a reprint, the answer was a solid no, but they offered to cut the covers better, which means they would need to cut the entire brochure shorter so the inside pages don’t stick out.Printulu behaved like an unprofessional company. They are heavily focused on PR initiatives promoting the fact that their owner was once included in Forbes' 30 under 30 and being an early adopter" of technology such as these frustrating AI chat robots... but they fail on their outcomes miserably.If you are an experienced agency with clients you care for

Extremely bad experience with Printulu Online printers. They took three weeks to only print 5 sample copies. The printing was bad to such an extend that the inside content of the first page was printed at the back of the front cover. Absolutely not professional. In our history of printing we never seen such kind of bad print. Blurry content even with High Quality (HQ) artwork. I would not recommend them if you are looking to list your books on a retail market bookstore.

Our creative agency printed brochures on our behalf; they are outstanding and handle all our orders delivering quality every single time. However, this last time (and for the 1st time) they had to apologise for the poor quality of the printing and reprint our order elsewhere.My partner and I could not believe that a printer sent out these booklets shamelessly with evident problems after receiving a well-produced artwork. It is unfair to the creative agency we are very fond of.From a brief visit to the website, Printulu claims to deliver high quality and does exactly the opposite.

Just a quick tip to stay away from Printulu .We ordered stickers in February this year and the quality was horrible. We requested a refund as we are unable to use the stickers due to the quality.We requested a refund, but Printulu refused to give us a refund, but were willing to re-print. So now, 4 months later we eventually receved the reprint.So attached is the quality of stickers we received (only a sample)1) It looks like a child cut out the sticker2) The printing quality is horrible - it is blurred3) The printing is not even in the middle of the sticker4) I asked for rounded corner stickersPrintulu is ignoring my mails and I am unable to get hold of them.Never use this company if you want quality items and a company that actually communicates with you and provides feedback.
