The staff are some of the friendliest I have met at a gym, helpful and the personal trainers are amazing. Been with Francois for 2-3 months and it has improved my lifestyle and health drastically.

Rio grappling, Brazilian jujitsu club. The training the cubs and juniors receive coupled with strict discipline and great coaches makes a difference. Take the little one there and you will se the difference within 10 sessions.

I was there to see Megan the Physiotherapist and it was amazing. She is an absolutely stunning person and she knows what she is doing. Definitely recommended.

Medium sized gym, but with all required apparatus. Clean and well maintained, and good location. Friendly & helpful staff to assist, if needed. I certainly recommend this gym . . .

Staff are friendly but some of the equipment is broken for weeks at a time.. they also expect you to pay for classes that would normally be included at other gyms. Had a fantastic personal trainer (Francois)
