I retured a tv aerial at this store in December. I was promised that the credit will reflect in my account within a few days. It's now Marxh 2023 after several calls and dealing with a manageress with no customer service etiquette and after several calls I have only received my money now in March

Don't buy from this branch. The Assistant Manager is very unprofessional. The sales people are good but management looks to feel entitled because they have a small position of power in a retail shop that is not even main stream. From looking at other complaints on other platforms this brand does not care about customers. We should never have bought from them.

Took so long to buy a sodastream refill the poor sales person was going from desk to desk to credit me for the empty can from customer service and the managers that sit next to the till had to wait for them to assist the sales person until finally we did what i think should have been done a long time went to the till to pay i was there before 10 in the morning it was not busy but took 15 minutes to buy a sodastream refill gas hence one star rating

Always friendly staff and a wide range of products. Found a few good deals over the years. Once came in for a tiny tumble-dryer door catch and left with a 5-burner gas stove!

I went to Hirsch on an emergency to buy a stove element. Firstly made a call and was provided will great info and good news. On entering the store I was greeted with covid measures all in place and then directed to spares team who were most helpful. Got my parts and cleaning equipment and back on the road to get the fix in place. Thanks Hirsch team for a great experience.

Of no assistance at all, very unprofessional, they keep transferring you from 1 consultant to another, they have their own personal conversations whilst keeping you on hold, and after being on the phone with them for almost 45min I still did not have my issue resolved.

Purchased a Smeg premium gas stove and was convinced by the salesman to take out Hirsch’s three year extended warranty plan for piece of mind. Being almost a month now and i am still waiting. My mum is close to 70 and is semi blind which makes it even more harder for her to ignite stove manually. She has already burnt her palm and had the gas explode numerous times but this hazard to our lives have to concerns to Hirsch other than an apology for the inconvenience caused.

It's a big store; they have the widest range of products on display. there are alot of sales agents. But the ones I've met never seem to last.

Service is always top class , my last experience was amazing .The excellent Saleslady, had me out of there in under 10 minutes , including delivery of my Wife’s new dream fridge.Thankyou Leesann Pillay !
