Ec3 Contact Centre

I doubt ANY call centre can safely allow an ex-employee to leave a good review about them however, with EC3 there is not a single bad thing that can be said about this place. Most places claim to treat there employees like family which is a farce. However I for one can attest that with this business it's completely true. As a company they will go above and beyond to keep you as an employee.. happy. They're very easy-going and highly approachable unlike with most call centres. Jeanette being a partner in the business is one of the most extraordinary human beings I ever met in my life. This lady really made me feel valid and wanted. She just knew how to handle any situation. And for that, I applaud her. For the outstanding job she did and for the way she always treated me not as a boss, but more as a mum would care about a son.

My experience at Ec3 has been nothing but amazing from the very first interview to my current day here at the company. It's fun lively and everyone is driven to be successful. The work ethic and the ability to grow is amazing. Everyone here is family and they make you feel so welcomed from recruiters to management.

Ec3 is a good company and their staff is friendly even the management. I am still in training but already have a lot of good things to say about this company. Every Friday there's a company meeting where they are recognizing agents that a doing well and it's motivating for us new agents. And then there's our trainer his name is Davey he is doing an excellent job for us to sign permanent contracts.

The atmosphere at Ec3 makes you feel at home. Music, Friday dancing and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Trainer Davey gives you every examples to help the customer. He makes the training fun and exciting. The two recruiters are friendly and so warm towards people. Mishach is also friendly and helpful. Feel great to be apart of the EC3 family.

My experience at EC3 thus far has been amazing. Staff and management are the friendliest of people and there's a lot of opportunities for someone who is ambitious. EC3 is the place to be.

My journey so far at EC3 has been more than amazing, from the interview process till current (training). The interview with Loshni was greater than expected, she is such an amazing and bubbly person who's always willing to create opportunities for many and helping them through every step. Training has been an excellent experience for me. Davey, our trainer, has the biggest heart and never allows you to have a dull day. He has made training so easy and smooth sailing for me. Davey has assisted and passed on all the knowledge to his trainees with no hassle at all. Within a few days, I've been taught everything of what was required. The company and all the individuals that are part of this company are more than welcoming, always prepared to assist, never makes you feel inferior and always brightens up my day. What a wonderful place to be!

The company from the application process up until the training and until you sign your contract has been spot on. The recruitment team goes beyond to make sure you are informed about every step. The trainers build your confidence level to a point where you push yourself to reach your goal, Meshach and Davey are superb. The managers and everyone else in the company helps you along the way to get your foot in the door at EC3
