A truly fantastic experience, I was incredibly hesitant having to purchase online, being from out of town. I had already had a terrible experience with a different company and didn't want a repeat scenario. Brit, however, was amazing taking the time to take photo's and videos of the rugs, calming my fears and assuring me that the Heriz Gallery only wanted a happy and satisfied customer. I have never seen such big carpet gallery that caters for everyone! Definitely a must go if you want to buy Persian carpets. The owner is from Iran so the quality is definitely great. The staff and so great patient and helpful. They have over 15,000 choices. Look out for their promos.

i ordered my Tabriz Mahi carpet on Friday and shortly afterwards I received a phone call from Heriz to confirm that they had received my order and gave me information regarding the courier and when I can expect delivery. I received my carpet this morning and I am extremely happy with it. One doesn't buy carpets every day, but next time I won't look any further than Heriz. Thank you very much for your professional service and the great communication!
