I am completely impressed at the manner in which Ezriel resolved the problem of the blocked sewerage pipe. The problem was resolved within the same day of being reported and for an impending household problem, this is amazing and welcomed. My worries about the process being unhygienic was completely unfounded as there was no mess. The equipment used was high tech including a camera going 20m into the pipe to see what was happening and also confirm that the roots in this case were completely removed. The process was so fascinating that I sent the entire time with Ezriel who had the patience to talk me through and ensure that the root cause was found. It was similar to watching a documentary. Next is the epoxy job to seal where the roots entered the pipe. Will definitely use again and highly recommend as digging up the ground is definitely not a feasible solution
