Dr Wimpie Basson

I have been with Dr Wimpie Basson probably over 20 years. I have always valued and trusted his opinion regarding my teeth.I have recently also got braces (at the age of 34) and it has been a great experience. His assistant Charmaine also adds great value to his team!

I got an appointment quickly and Dr Basson was really friendly and my tooth was fixed quickly.

I highly recommend Dr Wimpie as both an exceptional dentist and a deep caring friend. His dental expertise is evident in the way he treats his patients - he is always gentle, caring, patient, and thorough, taking the time to explain procedures and ensure his patients are comfortable and informed. He even provides some funny and interesting TV entertainment as you lie on your back! Beyond dentistry, his compassion and empathy are evident in his interactions with others, making him an incredible friend to have. He is always there to lend an ear or offer advice, and his kindness and genuine concern for others make him a community leader and someone you can always count on. We had an absolutely amazing experience with my 7 year old who needed some eina work done on her tooth. Dr. Basson explained everything he was doing so well and made the whole experience much less scary for her. His assistant also showed exactly what she was doing and even let my daughter hold the suction while she was using it. They made both parents and daughter feel entirely at ease with the visit and my daughter even said she wants to go again while we were still in the car on our way home! 5 Star well deserved!!
