Dreadful company. Service is atrocious. Don't make the same mistake I did. One item I ordered was out of stock. No explanation, and it still clearly shows in stock on their website. Another item I ordered was COMPLETELY wrong. And a third is a tea towel and not a hand towel, not even worth half of what I paid. Absolute ripoff. And they expect me to pay for the return, even when they have delivered the wrong item?? So basically I am stuck with this rubbish. I fail to understand how Grandiflora is still operating. Avoid this website, you will regret buying from them.

Grandiflora shop is the most beautiful shop i have ever seen. This shop is an experience, the vase prises is so reasonable. This is definitely my most favorite shop on the planet.Bridal is a beautiful bridal shop with a massive range of wedding dresses. Definitely the place for any future bride to visit.

Great selection of ornaments. In particular they stock a large variety of Christmas decorations, bobbles and themed knick knacks to get you in the holiday mood. They offer Xmas items not seen in the typical retail malls. Worth a check. Although never tried their coffee shop and offerings, it does look inviting.

I was in the nursery and plant section of Grandiflora this morning, what an unpleasant experience. An exceptionally rude, arrogant man at the cash desk could hardly speak to me or answer my questions. He was dismissive and unbelievably patronising. I didn’t say anything but left feeling horrible. In hindsight I should have just left the orchids and pots and rather spent my money elsewhere with better customer service. I won’t make the effort to go back to Grandiflora - will rather support Lifestyle Garden Centre from now on.
