From the word get go starting at the security guard who sanitizes and takes your temp, the assistant and lastly the owner/manager none of these people were friendly or really helpful.All though we bought a lot of hand tools, loose spanners and a few sets and a vice.We felt unwelcome, like we were a nuisance when asking for certain items or availability.I asked the shop assistant for availability of certain item, the answer was no. Walk around to next isle, and what do you know a whole shelf Full of the so called never stocked item.I got to a point that I stopped shopping paid for the equipment we already taken of the shelf and left without even getting half of the stuff we went there for.We immediately went to another tool supplier and were met with totally different attitude.I will never see Bellair gold exchange I rather pay a bit more and get the service you can expect from professionals

Excellent customer service

Rude arrogant manager/owner spoke to us abruptly when spoken to. Rotten attitude. Guess he was having a bad morning and we were doing a favour in visiting the shop. Or he is permanently like that. Fix your attitude or just close down. Seems like I am not the only one whose experienced this looking at these reviews. We won't be coming back.

No customer relations, extremely rude if customer compares prices.

Went there today and Sash helped me. Very friendly service. Gave me a good deal. Will be visiting with you guys soon.
