What an awesome find! The beer was fantastic and so was the food. I can highly recommend the pizzas as well as the burgers and chips. There is plenty of space for the kids to play.

I had a pretty awful Easter lunch here.Starting with the good. They get +2 for the beer and atmosphereOn the down side, the food was awful. I got the best burger on the menu and ate two bites. I like pretty much any burger but this was raw and the toppings tasted.. grey.... My partner had the pizza and it tasted like nothing... I had a slice and put it back after first bite.Also Salt, pepper and tomato sauce were not available, only hot sauce, which is not so nice for chips. (Chips were also half raw)On service, they got the drinks order wrong after checking twice and sent our food to the wrong table after a very suspiciously long wait.Bill and order:2 house beersBest burger (something with bacon and onion)Regina pizzaOver R300 exc tipOn the over all, I'm not bothering with another visit but their beer is nice... the food tastes like the colour grey

A small Local Brewery, right at the top of a Hill with an amazing view of the sunset. A very homey family run business, with attention to the small details - makes it a perfect hidden gem for an after work drink! The vibe is calm & chill.Bernie's is a small Brewery with a few good beers. I would recommend the Draft, but start of with the taste tray for only R75. Grab a pizza made in the outside pizza oven. Check out their menu - Its all you need for a good outing. This could be a great place for a get-together with the boys.The waiters are friendly & checks in very 15min. Keep up the great service. I'll definitely come back again & again.

We went for Pizza yesterday and it was the best we ever had. It is the closest restaurant to our house. Lovely setting tucked away in the bush. We had a bottle wine and the ice cream and chocolate sause is such a treat. Will definitely visit again

Don't go for the food.I didn't realize that a Burger and a Pizza could be so poor and unappetizing. Quite a feat I have would imagined, but this was proof.Not even the two bottles of hot sauce, the only condiments provided, could redeem the food.Go for the beer, it was pleasant enough. However, it doesn't suffice in redeeming a thoroughly unpleasant lunch.

Very cool place. Their own beer tasting was very good. Different from craft beerEnvironment veels like an overseas brewery. Your eye catches something interesting every 10mins.We only did one dish. Their named pizza was very goood

It's a good venue, unfortunately the beer we had was not so good.The dark didn't taste good and the blonde was that cloudy you couldn't see through it.

Loved this place first time, then brought a few groups over on different days. New chef, pizza has been raw on a few occasions, bland and tasteless, drinks change and beer not closely as nice as initially. Shared it with the waiter in a nice manner but didn't comment or say anything at all. The Tbone is good, everything else really a letdown. Had much hope for this place initially
