I bought the all star box and the burger was not fresh, you could just taste it with one bite. The chicken patty was slimy, the lettuce was brown and the whole burger was just soggy and disgusting. KFC Denlyn Mall please do better and sell customers fresh food, because y’all are going to make us sick!! Busy selling us rotten food.

The worst KFC I have ever been to, the service is just disgusting. Whoever is running this store please act on your customer service. You cannot wait for more than 1 hour for a small order.

Horrible food. I bought 10 dunked wings. They gave me old wings and just coated their sauce on them. They are so hard to bite, I am so frustrated because I spent a lot of money.

Orderd 2 meals & the meat was horrible it was as if it's been cooked in de past 2days, after eating the meat my stomach was grumbling.... sadly I couldn't go & exchange as it was a bit far from whr I stay. Bt I'm unsatisfied & very dissapointedAfter sending your team emails I only received a call last year and they promised that sum1 will call me but I'm still waiting then I receive an sms that my case is closed bcs dey couldn't reach me bt no one foned me so how is the case closed if it was not resolved?

Poor service, I'm super hungry drove 7 hours from limpopo to mamelodi(long weekend traffic) hoping that atleast when I get to mamelodi I'll buy a meal for me and my family,I literally waited 20 minutes in the drive through que when the lady that takes orders came to me told me that they waiting for the chicken I waited another 15min after 15min they told me they burned the chicken and I have to wait another 20 minutes, so I couldn't wait any longer since I'm tired,so we went to bed hungry because of POOR SERVICES

Had a bad experience yesterday, the box master was so soggy even the paper wrap was oily. Had to go back and return it. But thanks to Windy for saving the day, she took it upon herself to make a fresh one from scratch. I got a whole fresh meal. Keep up doing great and listening to us customers. Big up to Windy! Thank you very much. I'll be visiting KFC Mamelodi again just because of her. Danko
