Outstanding service from your staff, Offence and assisted by Vumani. I had a query about a float valve on a jojo tank. Offence spent the time to take the parts to the yard and installed for me to to test that this was the correct part due to a previous issue that I had at another store. Very professional. corteous and efficient. Vumani was also extremely helpful. Well done and thank you

Great service, all staff ready to assist.Everyone is Very friendly my little boy had a blast in the store today, he received a baby chino, a ballon and had some fun in the red golf car.I can truly see the goal and motivation behind this business.The best service with the best prices.Thank you!

I went to buy shower glasses and a couple of other things & I was assisted by Ofense. He gave me such excellent service! At the branch they also offer tea or hot chocolate which is such a nice touch. Offense went above his duty. He even organised transport. Excellent service! Everyone is nice at that branch. They are super helpful!

Convenient hardware store. Staff are helpful and willing to find things for you. Cant say the same for the cashiers though. Slow but could have been bad day with their till systems

Have been to many hardwares, but build it Pi etown is the best there is. Have never experienced such an amazing service and a friendly staff throughout.
