The service is very slow and food is hardly fresh, Yesterday I went to KFC for a drive thru and waited more than 20 min on the drive thru and then I decided to go inside hoping that service will much more quicker and boy I was wrong I waited for another 30min to order food because only cashier at the counter and also had to wait for the food because they ran out of chicken. You can see the menu screens with out of stock items. I mean you sell chicken, how do you run out of chicken? This restaurant is not taking its customers seriously and it's because it has no rival competitor at Postmasburg. I would suggest that you spend your money elsewhere if you can.On the 25th Mar 22 went to buy food, obviously it's the only restaurant after spur in Postmasburg, waited on the drive thru queue for more than 1 hour 30min. I mean the purpose of a drive thru is speed and efficiency but clearly this KFC gives no damage since they know that they don't have a competition. Bottoming, this KFC has the worst service and makes staying in Postmasburg even more unbearable.

There are limited options in this town. If you are going to visit this KFC, perhaps opt for just chips. Their chicken pieces, at moat, do not spend enough time in their frier and tend to disappoint.

Bought food at this 3times in a row they always got my order wrong the 4th time im eating a very dry twister with no sauce and a few scraps of lettuce

Food was good and service was okay but our orders have repeatedly been served incorrectly. Didn't get coleslaw when we asked, tomatoes on burgers when we asked for no tomatoes, no spice for the pops, and generally getting orders slightly wrong. No ice with the dispensed drinks either so they were room temp.Would suggest you check to make sure your takeaway order is correct before leaving.

The cashier in the drive-thru gave me a attitude, I've ask her not to dissappear with my card and she did it either way after I've ask her not to insert my card she did it either way without listening what I'm asking her
