Good range of products and friendly staff in attendance. The store is well laid out, clean and airy. There is a rewards system for loyal customers, which helps with points and discounts. The store also has medicines, snacks for pets and cute masks for people.

Not a good experience. Went in to buy bravecto for my pets (x6). Stood by the counter and the guy working there was busy at the shelves and didnt see me. Will the lady/manager/admin look at me as she walks behind the counter, not greet or ask to help, walks past again. Same thing. Completely ignores me. Doesnt feel the need to assist customers nor does she tell the guy a customer is waiting. When he eventually assists me, she then only started helping the next customer. Left and bought the products at another shop.

The shop is ok, not great not terrible. Except for the fish selection, that is terrible. But not as bad as the staff. You can stand at the counter and be ignore by the lady in the shop. Last time I went in there

Had a disturbing experience today. Quite upset!! Angry in fact!!! So I go into this shop (my first time, should have just stuck to Absolute Pets and Animal Worx) and the lady behind the counter rudely asks me why am I still wearing a mask as it’s not necessary anymore. Our Minister of Health announced the previous day that masks weren’t mandatory anymore. When I tried to explain that Covid doesn’t disappear overnight and I felt more comfortable wearing it. She kept on and on about it. Actually making me guilty about wearing one. Lady, it’s my right to wear one. When you’ve had Covid and your colleagues around you have all had Covid and have experienced the loss of loved ones due to Covid, then you’ll understand why some people are wary about not having masks. Please respect the fact that some people prefer wearing them!!! Keep your opinions to yourself. It was the first but the last time that I’ll ever go to this particular pet store.

Such a pleasure to shop there! Everything from pet food to reptiles is sold there. Friendly staff. I managed to find my Jack Russel's met food, Lionel's pet dood there. My Jack Russel can only eat that foor for he is very allergic to other pet food. Great stuff.

Very well organized and they have everything you will need in stock. The lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely be buying all my pets needs there in the future.

Honestly, the reviews about the poor customer service and rude staff are 100% spot on. Management seems to be ignoring them. A young caucasian lady was incredibly rude while another gentleman was assisting me. He was very helpful, warm and friendly. She appeared to busy on her mobile phone (she had no clients with her at the time), ignoring me, which was fine as I was being assisted by someone else. I also wasn’t paying much attention to her. I asked the gentleman if I could have a look at some products behind the counter, the gentleman agreed (as it’s difficult to point out which one you need each time). She looked up from her phone, spoke to me in a very rude and condescending manner, telling me clients are not allowed back there, before lowering her head, continuing on her mobile phone again. Yes, she was right, clients weren’t allowed behind there, but she must have missed the part where I asked permission. The Owners need to have a chat with their younger staff members about their tone and mannerisms when talking to clients. Especially your regulars. Cancelled the sale. Client lost.

Best service ever! They take time to answer all your questions and give excellent advice on the pet you're interested in. They went above and beyond when it comes to service. Going here was such a pleasant experience that exceeded all my expectations. I learned more about bunnies than I expected and they even gave advice on things I never would've thought of. Impressive service. Even if you're just considering getting a pet, this is the place where you must go for advice. And they don't try and sell you anything, it's all about the advice and helping you make the best decision. Amazing, amazing place.
