Made an appt on Tuesday for my first tattoo at Carnival Mall shop. Got there on time today and was told there is no appt. Person I spoke to (didn’t sound South African) was rude, uninterested and condescending. I decided not to get the tattoo given his attitude and lack of professionalism. I will go to someone more professional and with social skills. Seriously need to consider the way you treat clients.

When I contacted the owner (the number on google) for pricing of my tattoos he made comments about giving him my bra and panty size. I am 19. Pricing is also very high.

I went in to get a double nose piercing, the workstation was neat and clean and the process was rather swift. The piercer has a sarcastic humor which could definitely be interpreted as rude and condescending however I was not bothered by it and I am happy with my piercing.

The tattoo artist was rude and didnt provide enough information on aftercare. My tattoo ended up getting infected despite doing everything he said.
