Tried calling them to see if they sell an item I'm looking for. They should get some training on phone etiquette. My word.....much easier just to order something online than to try have a conversation over a phone with them.

Went there for a washing machine and they had the model I wanted in stock. Good all around experience. The staff were friendly and very efficient!

We bought a toaster online (expensive one). Bad manufacturing and uneven toasting. The staff were REALLY helpful with the refund.

Ever since they moved from closer to Food Lovers Market the shop is much smaller now, there isn't much room for movement as it is a lot more cramped now. Apart from that, their service is great and their prices aren't that bad at all and they compete quite well with their peers.The staff are friendly and helpful.

The Staff is friendly especially the lady called Gabisile, she was very helpful even showed me different options of things i wanted to but. The experience was out of this world.

Pathetic excuse for staffing....they NEED to learn what engaging customers in a positive way is all about. Aside from the 'empty floor - no sales staff to assist'....when an employee eventually creeps out of the wood work,they don't seem sure if they actually wanna help or not...so much so to the point of successfully annoying me to me simply walking out the store without being helped...The women that was supposed to have helped me,simply walked away and told the other that she was 'too busy' helping another customer (which came AFTER me,I might add)....I suggest this branch bucks up their sad excuse for staffing,or they'd end up losing way more potential customers like myself....I simply wanted a WiFi router and needed some clarification before purchasing BUT instead I was faced with unprofessional staff and a 'bitter taste left in my mouth'.... I wouldn't recommend this particular store to anyone of my family, friends or acquaintances...I hope management takes this as positive constructive criticism

The service delivery is poor....the employees attendance towards the customers is very poor they do not know how to communicate with customers properly nor sell the appropriate products. I would not reccomend anyone there for any kind of products they would like to purchase.

They downsized. Much smaller then it use to be. Their credit system is not worth it, as it's very hard to return items and they do not send you monthly statements. Interest is high. I don't recommend this branch. Staff isn't helpful and are unfriendly.
