Just the best place around to buy, sell and service bikes and buy accessories and riding gear! I have bought many bikes there (new and used) and always got what I wanted (or they were happy to find me a replacement. Conrad, Shelby and the team are customer focused and you won't find better service anywhere. Apart from a shop full of bikes, accessories, spares and apparel, they have an excellent workshop and will do small adjustments whilst you wait, which is a really awesome offering. Try them and you won't ever look elsewhere!

Terribly disappointed. Took my bike for a major service and mentioned that I thought the bottom bracket needed checking.'Service' was done including new chain & chainring & rear wheelbearings.1st ride out... crank arm still not smooth and only had 4 gears to select from.Returned bike to set gears and che crankset... they replaced crank because it was worn.1st ride out... both gear indicators not working and shock not workingReturned bike to check and was told it's not their fault and I am lying.Disgusting service
