They take too long even if there is no queue

Pathetic service. They seem to be confused on what they r doing. Arrived at 9am only got service 10h52am.

The staff is very friendly,the nurses are always smilling wow What a great service and you don't wait even 5 minutes for them to take you in for taking bloods.

Not happy at all. Came in at 8:15 for blood tests, was serviced quickly for my first tests, was told I will have to wait on an empty stomach for first results then will be given glucose and wait for 2 hours inside the lab before the 2nd round of tests is taken. Which I had no problem with.Disappointment is that it took 2 hours for my first test results to come back whilst waiting and sitting in the lab and mind you, I’m still to take glucose and wait another 2 hours.Like seriously. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and had not eaten since last night, and now I’m made to wait this long!Got so mad, I just cried because even sitting here with the current COVID cases in this town is scary on its own. Now been here from 8:15, now it’s 10:36 I’m still to take my glucose then wait for 2 hours.Judging from this pace, I will be out here by 13:00 to 14:00.But hey what can one do, we are at mercy of the lab staff who has no sense of urgency for people waiting.I am disappointed, kakhulu.

Was here on 26th June Saturday. Unprofessional, incompetent, casual and clueless. Prior experience was just the same. Front desk is shabby. Worst lab in Richards Bay.
