0 stars. Damaged my bikes battery lead cable to head light circuit which caused any replacement bulb to blow, during a service now in Jan 2018. Was extremely rude and disprespectful. Failed to acknowledge fault and refused to compensate for damages caused.Moreover his pricing is at least 150% or more vs std competitors.Would highly highly recommend anyone reading this to avoid this dealership at all costs.

Excellent, service was great, the owner isn't afraid to get his hands dirty to get the work done. Had my back tire repaired in under 15 minutes decent quote and perfect service.

So here's the short version. Went to Smith's for advice regarding a puncture I picked up on a morning ride out. While there, they discovered the work carried out by the guys who serviced my bike previously was, shall we say... subpar. They pointed out and explained the faults (so even a non-mechanic such as myself could understand) right there in their workshop that sits front and center, no backroom shadyness here. They put everything aside to help me get back on the road SAFELY that same morning. Suffice it to say, customer service is outstanding! Norman, David and Amos are consummate pros that believe in transparency, attention to detail and above all else, rider safety. Plus they have an immaculate collection of used bikes to peruse! Well done guys, you've gained a new client and my respect. Keep up the good work!
