So I ordered the hake, rice, chips and coleslaw meal for R49.90. But then when the order arrived, it was only rice, chips and hake in the box. No coleslaw, yet they charged us the full amount . I am not happy and this is the first time this has ever happened. This is unacceptable

Unprofessional and useless services.We placed an order for delivery at 17:30 on which we where contacted at 18:30 saying our order will be delivered within the next 5 minutes at 19:10 we still didn't receive our order or a phone call or nothing.

Delivery was quick but the order was not right. On 17/1/2022 Order nr 107 was not completed. The order was without the coleslaw.

Their services are topnotch and not to mention their tasty, mouthwatering meals they offer. I totally love love love everything about fishaways in tzaneen. Its now my go to restaurant.

Called in for order. Lady said 25 minutes for delivery. And 1hour later the food arrived. Cold and tasteless. Poor service.

I ordered a medium chips and hake meal which includes a Appletiser, the meal was 2 hours late and they did not include my drink that I have paid for online. When I followed up they said they are sending a driver (who never arrived), even now as I am typing this, no one called me to give me feedback, I must call back. What horrible service!!!

The service was poor. I accept that seafood take some time to prepare. But this was unacceptable. It took more than 45 minutes for my order to be ready. Will never see me again.
