Royal Tree Spa & Guesthouse

Affordable spa, BUT booking there is so much admin! Tried booking via phonecall, they take forever to answer and when they finally do, you're told to first buy vouchers online/on the app for the packages you want and then book via WhatsApp. I once drove all the way to Potch for nothing, just because I booked via the app AND whatsapp but they didn't submit my booking. There's a booking option on the app but apparently it works against the bookings made on WhatsApp. JUST CANCEL THE APP!

Noisy place at night. Nice decorated rooms but need bathmats, sheer curtain and more privacy outside rooms like a room divider on the porch. The tiles in the shower are very very slippery. Be careful. Needs an airconThe full body massage was very nice although they didn't massage our feet and head. They also say on the website free minibar" but we ask and nobody could assist us."

Very friendly staff. Great service all in all. I rated them 3 stars for location because of the parking arrangement. Maybe in future they can make a plan for us to park inside their premises.

I had a wonderful experience. Calling the place is more effective than relaying on their WhatsApp method of communication. The masseuse was gentle and communication well , I passed out during the session which is something I needed. The background music is calming and got me relaxed . Definitely coming back for more sessions.

The area winter time is very cold please provide your visitors with blankets, provide heaters that are serviceable and balance the geyser please.The showers close the shower please.In future consider putting microwaves in the rooms.

Its an incredible place. Amazing rooms. Awesome staff. THE BEST QUALITY AND PRICES IN TOWN. we go there weekly.

I was gonna give them a 4 but whatever product they used on my skin messed up my skin tone. On top of that when I complain, I got no apology from the business instead they told me it's hard to believe that 1 treatment can ruin my skin tone. Theo and Leticia's service was amazing. They were friendly and very kind. But their facial product messed up my face. Another complaint: they just use whatever pressure they decide on without asking the client first if they would like easy, medium or hard. The place is nice and clean. If it was not for the facials, it would have been a 4/5.

When my friend and I got there we were told to sit in the waiting area, which was very dusty and dirty. So we stood up until we were attended. We were definitely never gonna sit down in that dusty area.When we were finally attended, we were covered with Fleece blankets, hello? How much is a flat sheet in sheet Sheet?The lady who was massaging me was either very tired or upset with something, they never asked which areas they must focus on, she hurt me all the way.It was crazy to know they don't offer gowns and slippers, you'll jump straight into your clothes and Sneakers when they are done with you. Bad service. I'm not doing this ever again with Royal tree.
