I'm from Pretoria. Expected fresh fish properly grilled, but not at all the case - pathetically small bits and pieces was what we got. Wosst of all, was the obviously overused oil! The chips wete looking braunish, soiled! What a disappointment. This place needs urgent pickup!!

Shocking service, stated that it will be 15min but waited an hour. The employees shouted at each other and talked rudely to one another. Canceled our order. They gave us our money back.

The fish we ordered was off and both the fish and the chips were fried in stale oil. Would never order from here again. Grossly over priced for a mediocre product

Shocking service, waited an hour and when asked for refund the staff became disrespectfull and started to ignore you. No communications with smaller orders being processed before ours. Finally received the order, some portions were a disgrace and the fish were off. Rather get yourself a pie from the garage. If I could give a zero, I would have. Owner has no clue how many people walked away and will not come back.

The fish was off and the chips drowning in oil, the most disgusting meal I have ever eaten! The lady that made our meal was super nice, perhaps the owner needs to pay attention to the meals going out.

This place is a rip off. We paid R170 for what is one portion of poorly prepared fish and chips and there were no management to be accountable for the low quality product. As locals, we will not be back

They started ripping their clients off!!!!!Just before Christmas 21 I still paid R38 for a russian and chips, it has since gone up to R60 and is still this ridiculous price today! I mean how much does a potato cost??????? I can get the same deal at most other shops for R30 on average! Has management just lost the plot!?Won't ever see me supporting them again!!!!!!!

Ordered fish and chips worst meal ever. Old oil used. Hake tough. Coleslaw sour. Charged R85.00 never again will I buy from them. Not recommended.
