The complex is nice and simple. Lots of working class. There both renting and owned unit.There is no mail box, hence difficult to get your mail. Cleaning within the untis' corridors is some times less to be desired.

The complex is secured and fairly well managed. I am settled here.Would be nice if the security gate office post had some form of backup power supply to regulate access as per norm.Slight pain points:Not sure if there is a designated kids play area (I don’t think so) but the kids are loud at times; makes it hard to focus when studying or working from home… they also play near cars in the parking lot (heavy scratch risk). Otherwise kids will always be kids, so maybe some guidelines & supervision can be reiterated.
