Have never felt more unwelcome at a company in my life. From the person assisting me trying to do so through the security gate, finally let in, then the finance lady talking to her colleague about how important her job is and how distracting it is having customers come in and an invoice needing to be raised. Left to my own devices to work out what I needed, went into the back room to call the lady who was helping me"

The business is run from an unmarked residential premises, which, for a first time customer, is a bit confusing.Though the service is friendly, the business does not operate a shop" environment where a customer can peruse products. One has to stand at the door
