Biddulphs International - Bloemfontein

This company does not care about your goods once they receive payment. Very pathetic service and theft of goods. After my goods were stolen they blatantly refused to take responsibility and accountability. This is the worst service ever, there was no zero rating on this review scale but that's what their service is, ZERO!

Biddulphs had the best price on our move from Bloemfontein to East London. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and showed our 2 small, very nosy boys, what they were doing, and answered all questions :-). The move arrived on time and they quickly got everything to the rooms as directed. Everything arrived. One couch had minor damage, rest 100% fine.Thanks for making the move a pleasant experience!

Most disappointing service. Lost thousands of Rands needlework machine plus threads and nail dryers machines. Rep quoted for a 3 tonner re townhouse move but big truck arrived. Asked driver to count cartons with me at commencement of move but he was more interested in his breakfast. Asked repeatedly to check if all cartons was taken off truck but was ignored and advised truck was turned. Had to phone 3 x plus wait 2 hours for bakkies to arrive to transport my plants. Went out of my way to be good to staff on truck and bought them cooldrink. What a disappointment Biddulps Bloemfontein was for me. Worst move ever experienced. Branch Bloemf unable to check due to lack of camera security systems.

Very professional and accommodating, was on time, nothing broken and was the best priced out of 3 other moving companies that gave us a quote.

I absolutely cannot thank biddolphs enough for helping me and my family with storage and a move whilst I'm abroad.

Unfortunately we received very poor service from Biddulphs Bloemfontein. The team arrived a few hours late at the collection point in Bloemfontein as well as at the delivery point in Cape Town, inconveniencing many.When requesting a quote, we asked biddulphs to view the collection storage facility in Bloemfontein and provided a detailed inventory list of all equipment. We did this specifically as we are not resident in Bloemfontein and would not be present when the equipment was collected.When the equipment arrived in Cape Town, we noted that they had left behind equipment in the storage facility in Bloemfontein. This was brought to Biddulph's attention, but instead of apologising, they quoted an additional R5000 to collect the equipment which they had forgotten, despite the fact that this was part of the initial quote. Very unprofessional and unethical.With regards to your response, the elderly person opening up the storage unit, had no knowledge of the contents of the unit and was merely asked to open the unit and close the unit once Biddulphs was finished. Your claim that our representative was instructed by us to show you what to load is a blatant lie and a poor attempt to cover your shocking service.

You called and gave the dates you can transport my luggage and you did not disappoint. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how much you quoted me from Bloemfontein to Cape Town it was too great I could not resist. Delivery was on time and the guys did a wonderful job offloading and putting everything in place. Keep up the Good Work ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
