Dis-Chem Pharmacy Musgrave Centre - Durban

Worst experience at this store, trying to purchase medication. Was spoken to in a most degrading rude manner by a pharmacist. Learn to respect customers and clients as we make the business and should be spoken to with respect irrespective if it's a pharmacist or anyone else assisting. WILL NOT MAKE USE OF THIS PHARMACY any longer.

It's a good branch just do dnt offer many products like other branches

Visited Dischem Musgrave store this morning and experienced disappointing service and attitude from one of the Cashiers : Sthembile. Sthembile needs some training urgently in customer service and definitely training on processes of the store.

Pinky (lady pharmacy assistant with dread-locks in her hair) treats a customer as if she is personally paying us you use dischem stores. Never bothered to explain the medication for my child or even options of what could be used .... her attitude when talking was BLUNT ....customer service training is definitely needed.

Not good their cashiers are rude today a cashier (woman)repeatedly shouted me in Zulu telling me something in Zulu and I kept saying what in English the last shout I had to tell her I dont understand Zulu and she just kept quiet no apology nothing this is beyond discrimination at dischem in musgrave so disappointing what a way to treat customers

...I've just called the store and after holding on on the voice prompts for about 3 minutes or so, I get to speak to a Buhle ( human I think ) and explain what I needed and then cut-off!!! Phone dead!!!...

I recently visited the Musgrave store and was disappointed with the level of service provided. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that stores can become busy, but it was disappointing to see that there were no staff members available to assist customers.While I won't mention the product knowledge or the way the aisle was set up, I did find it concerning that the staff members seemed to have no knowledge of the store's layout. Even after calling ahead to inquire about a specific product, I arrived at the store only to find that it was not available.What was even more shocking was how difficult it seemed for the customer service representative at the desk to locate the product. It was an absolute shocker, and I was left feeling upset.I have had much better experiences at the Pavilion store and would rather use that location going forward. It is disappointing to see a store letting down the entire brand with such shoddy service.Overall, I hope that the store management takes notice of these issues and works to improve the service provided. It is important to have knowledgeable staff members who can assist customers, even during busy periods. I hope that my feedback helps the store to make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

I have this habit of neatening shelves. I'm sorry Suhail that you were not in.... I certainly would like to relay the shelves and not be placed here and there. Start the meter with that brand and end it with that brand be it 1 or 4 meters. If you look at GP why should 1 sku be given more than 1????I'm the only pure honey which is from south Africa....Every other brand is simply in the wrong category.Don't ask me why, but the rest are from neighboring countries and even China and paruagay... honey and enxime and the process to get honey into our country actually kills what you actually looking for....To be honest peels is not fighting any of themWe growing strong gWhich are other brands do grow strong even when they reach a CENTENNIAL?You have my suppor

Picked up an item from the bottom shelf after seeing the price but it scanned 3 times more at the till. The cashier also saw the price but the manager" Manjoo Sundraj suggested that I basically must pull the displays away that was in front of the item bend down

Very awful. The employee's try to assert dominance and Do not correct one another and rather each other. Perhaps when hiring they should account the ability to provide customer service. As they are employee's and not the owners they will not feel the loss.
