Grahams service was exceptionally thorough and professional as well as very friendly and he went out of his way to put me at ease. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by his friendly competent manner. The same can be said of the two charming lady receptionists.

Dr. Graham, Gloria annd Karla are wonderful. Friendly, yet professional and extremely informative. I agonised over the decision for the frames. They let me take them home to help solidify my decision. No optometrist has ever given me that option. Dr Graham took great care and time in explaining the eye exam. Very impressive. Excellent service from Graham and staff, the staff are friendly and helpful and Graham does a thorough eye check, explaining everything in detail as to what he is checking and the results thereof. You then also receive a Report which is emailed to you. I highly recommend Graham.

Graham is excellent, very knowledgeable, and the whole process was explained in detail. His equipment is very modern and up to date with the latest technology. I have full confidence in Graham to correct my specific eye sight problem. Karla, his receptionist is a breath of fresh air and lovely to deal with.

What an absolute pleasure! I have not received such great service and help from anyone in the medical field for a very long time. In the USA it feels like a patient is more like a number or a head of cattle that needs to be processed and moved along. If you want to ask a few questions they tell you to make another appointment. It is so refreshing to have someone in the medical profession that is not only knowledgeable and passionate about his profession but also has that good old fashioned bedside manner" that puts one at ease. The cherry on top is his wonderful assistant Karla (Karly - not sure of spelling?) who is bright and cheery and a real breath of fresh air!"
