The food was horrible and cold, it is not the ist time but I thought their bad service was a once off thing so I kept going back. I always get the same thing but they never get it right, tonight the spicy rice was so hard I couldn't even chew. Their hotpot is so dry, stingy with the saucep

Served dry and burnt meat ..I couldn't enjoy my Nandos meal like I should .they better come and collect this dry burnt meat and give me my saucy tender full chicken ,with my fresh 2 sides of spicey wedges and soft rolls

Pathetic service. Ordered through UberEats, waited for over an hour. When I call they say the driver stole the food. When were they going to inform me if I didn’t call? And this is not the first time. Everytime we order something goes wrong. Order online at your own risk. Really pathetic!

Overall the food served is quite decent but the general service is dissapointing every time. You get a feel that they are always understaffed. With the same person packing and taking orders often there are bound to be errors. Speed today was decent but in general I always have a long wait when we visit. The drive through option is also available at the Nandos

Very slows service. Staff was confused with the order. They had to re-pack it three times. Chips was cold, rice stale and the chicken completelu white with no colour, it looked uneatable. Needless to say, we are feeling the after effects of the stale food today.

Our pulled chicken wraps were basically empty - had a small amount of filling at the bottom. See the photos... Not even kidding when I say empty. I ordered the tomato basting and that's all I could taste. It was like eating a wrap with a can of tomato and onion mix poured into the bottom of it with a sprinkling of chicken garnish on top. 'Sprinkling' is probably an overstatement.We also ordered a sharing coleslaw and it never arrived with the order. I paid R54 for a coleslaw I didn't receive. I mean wow. Absolutely pathetic experience. Considering what they charge its completely unacceptable. Won't be back ever again.

This Nando's has most definitely stepped it up big time. This was my first visit and from the staff to the food and decor. Everything was on point and excellent! The bathrooms are clean, staff are extremely friendly, all the items we ordered were fresh and of the highest quality. I really dont mind paying almost double what I would for a meal at KFC. With healthy food choices on offer and having it be such a pleasure to sit and eat at the restaurant, cheat meals can now be healthy too! Thank you Nando's. Keep it up

We are absolutely disgusted in this Nando’s. We waited 40 min for our food and just got told to wait in the chill bay. The manger was super unprofessional. We will never ever eat at this nando’s again. The service is absolutely shocking. Do not go there. The food quality is disgusting aswell.Manager is super rude.

The drive through takes way too long. I waited 15-20 minutes at the collection window to get my food.The portions were also smaller than normal and not worth the price we paid.Updated post - the queue for the drive through is ridiculous and clearly has not been dealt with. Very disappointing.
